TERMS OF SERVICE FOR JUSTSPOTIFY.COM, A COMPANY OF FERPLE LIMITED (UNITED KINGDOM)

JustSpotify.com operates a free, impartial service and runs its music discovery platform to any country that is supported by music service Spotify. In efforts to provide a legal and flexible service, we have a range of agreements and statements that we require all of our users to abide. Any communication with JustSpotify confirms your acceptance of any statements aforementioned in our service.


1. MUSIC RESTRICTIONS
As JustSpotify runs in a very secured environment, data we may list or have in our catalogue may have different restrictions to different people. JustSpotify does not and never will have any control to the accessibility to music outside of the label's consent, as the respective country copyrights are a priority of theirs. We may sometimes remove content that has been ceased from the Spotify catalogue, or that may have personally been requested to be removed from the JustSpotify, as per our DMCA partnership.

2. ITUNES CAPABILITY
iTunes is a product owned by Apple, Inc and is no way related, endorsed, or supported with JustSpotify. JustSpotify only provide simple links via iTunes platform to ensure our users can respectively purchase content from the third party, and we take absolutely no responsibility for any downtime, problems, or issues arised when using the service. In the extremely rare occasion we provide an inaccurate iTunes link, we ask users to respectively report the problem to JustSpotify, and in addition, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused if such event occurs.

3. ARTIST COPYRIGHTS
JustSpotify allows artists to perform multiple tasks on JustSpotify related to their fans that may be of use, such as giveaways, tweets, new song releases, or personal recommendations that we will use to provide even better dashboards to our users. However, some artists may not preference their work to be listed in our catalogue for personal, modification or any other reason we feel fit for purpose. Any content provided exclusively to JustSpotify outside the artist's label is respectively owned by the appropriate author.

4. IMPARTIALITY/ENDORSEMENT
In order to provide a service unique to everyone, we ensure our platform provides impartial technologies to ensure that no artists or specific music is prioritized for purposes other than user-controlled demand. We also do not endorse any product, service, label, artist, song, album or account unless clearly stated but mostly will constitute a campaign that is paid to JustSpotify but we do not endorse the campaign author.

5. DATA USAGE
JustSpotify actively collects user data in order to improve the performance of our platform, and effectively improving the way we exchange data with music and fans. All data we use will be shared with other users with non-identifiable information, we track information such as plays, clicks, votes and profile views. We will never provide this information to third parties and will only use to improve the performance of JustSpotify for you.

6. LIMITS
Currently, we have no publically announced limits to our platform, however we run private security monitors on our server to prevent robots or automated machines from making mass votes thus making our data inaccurate and prioritized to specific votes.

7. API
JustSpotify offers a basic public API for any third party to integrate the data stored in the JustSpotify platform for purposes of enhancing experience without revealing personally identifiable information. Public API data can be prevented in the JustSpotify Settings "Privacy" option which prevents any application from aggregrating your data in any instance.

8. ADVERTISEMENTS
JustSpotify will display advertisements completed related to your activity and we will ensure the right ads are displayed to you. Some advertisements may require your music data, however, the information displayed for this purpose are usually available in the API, and as stated previously, any objections to this data from being accessed or given can be changed from your JustSpotify Settings panel (as stated in #7).

9. QUOTATIONS
As of 15th January 2009, JustSpotify places quotations on the footer of it's homepage as a improvement to it's music display. We respectively collected these quotations from their respective authors or holders, and all copyrights and trademarks are directed to them. Under no circumstance do we guarantee the accuracy of quotations, and we may shorten some quotations in order to ensure the easiness and quick interpretation of them are provided to our users.

10. SERVICE DELIVERY
JustSpotify is currently running on a high branded ranges of servers owned by its parent company, Ferple Limited, however if our servers' compute processes are exceeded we will begin to delay content; in most occasions, we will provide a "downtime" sign to prevent any sort of delay in order to provide near real-time service to our users.

11. SPOTIFY LIABILITY
Spotify is a product owned by Spotify Ltd, and we are no way related, affiliated, partnered or sponsored by Spotify Ltd. We only utilize their public API provided on their website, and all respective rights to the data provided is held by them and the appropriate labels. Content available on Spotify is immediately available on JustSpotify. JustSpotify respects any requests provided by Spotify and will always proceed any downtakes and removals from our platform.

12. 7DIGITAL STREAMING
7Digital is a product owned by 7Digital, and we are no way related, affiliated, partnered or sponsored by 7Digital. JustSpotify simply aggregrates data from the 7Digital.com website and all respective copyrights are held by 7Digital.

13. ALBUM ARTWORK
JustSpotify utilizes the free Last.fm API with the substitute of the iTunes API, 7Digital API and several other sources. We utilize the data to the full potential and artwork is locally stored on the JustSpotify platform to ensure high quality delivery on our high profile CDN network.

14. USER INFORMATION
JustSpotify can only access data available on your Twitter profile, such as username, biography, background information, friends, etc. that any other application can publically access. For purposes of developing a minimalistic platform we simply aggregrate data of importance such as usernames and activity.

15. TWITTER AUTHENTICATION
JustSpotify utilizes and leverages the Twitter oAuth API enabling you to ensure exchange data with JustSpotify without having to share your password. Each request grants JustSpotify unlimited access to your account, however JustSpotify does not post data without your sole consent. At any time you wish to remove access between JustSpotify and your twitter account simply visit your Applications page on Twitter and remove 'JustSpotify' simply and within 3 months of inactivity we will remove your account data from our platform.

16. VOTING
JustSpotify ranks its data in sums formerly known as "votes" which are constituted by either tweeting a supporting link on Twitter, voting via our platform or importing your Spotify music.

17. PRESERVATION
JustSpotify and its assets are a product of JustSpotify. Sponsors, users, artists are respectively owned by their appropriate owners. "Ferple" is a respective trademark of Ferple Limited, "Spotify" is a trademark of Spotify Ltd, "7Digital" is a trademark of 7Digital, "iTunes" is a trademark of Apple Inc, Album Artwork is copyright of their respective labels.
